Recently, the Fangcheng Port long material auxiliary transmission project undertaken by COENG and its partners has been fully commissioned and is about to be put into operation. This project is the largest application of domestic inverter in the long material production line. Fangchenggang long material auxiliary transmission project includes four rods, three high line auxiliary transmission equipment, covering the heating furnace area, cold bed area, collection area, Stellmore cooling fan and water system. It uses more than 500 frequency converters, all of which use Hewang HD2000 series engineering type and HV500 series high-performance frequency converters, with a total power of nearly 6000kW.

The heating furnace area of this project includes loading, roller conveying, weighing, furnace loading, and oven, etc., conveying qualified hot billets for rolling line rolling. The high line adopts inverter to control the fan can achieve obvious energy-saving effect, and the smooth starting current reduces the impact of the system on the transformer and the power grid, reduces the impact on the mechanical equipment, reduces the fan accident rate, and greatly improves the work efficiency.

COENG inverter control performance is excellent, rich functions, complete categories, wide power coverage, the low voltage product single power of 0.4kW~1400kW, while the parallel machine can reach 11200kW, medium voltage product power range of 5MW~60MW, can fully cover the metallurgical industry various transmission needs.
